For the induction of depression in rats using reserpine dissolved in traces of acetic acid and diluted with distilled water , should I prepare it fresh daily or can I used a stock, another question is there any problem if I replace the distilled water with saline solution ?

It is best to prepare daily. I think it will still be effective after one day, but the reserpine tends to drop out of solution overnight in my experience.
Saline solution should be fine.
You may wish to pH the solution back close to 7 after you dissolve the reserpine into solution. It can be quite acidic otherwise.
