Research plan consist of 8 treatments with 3 levels each and has four wheat varieties with 4 replicates which type of statistical analysis could be done to analyze the efficiency ? Please suggest.
REPLICATION: The purpose is to obtain repeated measurement. This is equal to sample size. The proposed replication (repeated measurement) is n = 4. This indicated a poor design. The sample size is too small. The repetition is not enough to see (i) validity testing, and (ii) reliability testing.
TREATMENTS: this is different kinds of intervention. You have 8x, but the measurement for each treatment is only 4 observations.
STATISTICAL TEST: Assume that the design defect above is fixed by increasing sample size to more repetitions (observation). The test may be (i) pre treatment and post treatment, (ii) significant differences among group of 8 different treatments, and (iii) significant differences among group of 3 levels of treatments.

Basically i am not statistician so i am facing difficulty which type of Analysis should apply ANOVA , nested anova or any other type and which type of steps should i follow to analysis statistical analysis and which software should i have to use ?
You might have a split-plot design. You might look up this design and see if it matches what you are doing. If so, from there, you can find the appropriate analysis.
