It is not possible to say at this stage. It depends on a lot of factors like plant stage, environmental factors, absorption, type of amino acids and their mode of application.

When absorbed, some amino acids play a role in activating or repressing some genes. It is advisable to go for a qPCR assay with the housekeeping genes as reference to check the relative expression of target genes.
