I am thinking about where to study my masters degree. In my master thesis I'd like to research in the field of oesophageal cancer. Now I am looking for universitys in europe where I could study in molecular sciences and do my master research about that cancer.
Does perhaps somebody knows universitys where they research on that cancer or related subjects?

Although my research focus is not on oesophageal cancer, I believe this question can be applicable to any research field.
I don't know if you found a research opportunity yet, but a suggestion could be to search for publications in your particular field of interest, and contact the corresponding author of that paper. Contact details are generally provided of the first or last author of a paper.
