Many areas in biology could do with some machine learning for predictions e.g. in precision medicine based of a patient's gene profile. Diagnosis is also a huge field now

Thanks for answering. Actually I'm looking for some practical work. What you people suggests? Here another concern I've is that the topic has to be generalised for CS (computer science) and includes areas where machine learning could help.
