Hi. I am Debojyoti Roychowdhury from Kolkata ,India .I have recently obtained my doctoral degree in Life science specialising on Biofertilizers and its applications on plants and crops in combination with Biopesticides.I am currently looking for a post doc position to carry out further research in the area of Biofertilizers and Biopesticides.
I have worked in a research project where three different microbes were isolated from soil ,grown on selective media and finally used as Biofertilizer consortia and applied them on the tea soils . I have found a synergistic effects on tea plants in terms of increase in the yield of leaves in kg/hacter after comparison with chemical fertilizers like Single super phosphate and Rock phosphate.
Now in further I want to apply them in different crops and find an increase in yield with effects in the hormonal level in a comparison study against Chemical fertilizers. I have already made my research proposal for post doc.
I am eager to have a Post doctoral position on Agricultural areas specialising on sustainable agriculture.I would like to have suggestions.

You must work on mycorrhizae culture which is most important for increasing phosphorus availability in soils. At present world face phosphorus crisis

Congratulation for your work. I am doing the same here in Europe using Activated compost tea with biogents added to grow the same microbiology.
