For my research work I need the viscosity of quartzofeldspathic fluid in different metamorphic facies (specially, amphibolite). Is there any research work on this? Please help
I've heard of Quartzo-Feldspathic Metamorphic Rocks, Quartzo-feldspathic protoliths...but never Quartzo-Feldspathic fluid. Is it the rock that is diluted in a liquid? Give me a reference that talks about Quartzo-Feldspathic fluid. Thank you.
Sir, due to deformation some cracks and weak zones are created in rock body. Sometimes those cracks are filled up with fluids (like hydrothermal fluid made up with quartz-feldsper with hydrous components). The source of such fluid varies. My question preliminary question is whether there is any work related to its viscosity? And if specific, I need the range of viscosity with different percentage of quartz, feldsper and weather content, which varies with P-T condition, especially in amphibolite metamorphic facies. Can you please help me regarding this?
I said in my previous message that it is a fluid composed of dissolved rock. I don't think you will find any work related to the viscosity of this liquid in the literature since it is of little interest.
