I have an experiment in which three groups of 15 participants (disorder 1, disorder 2, control group) underwent an exercise test. I have 14 measurement points (each with a 5-min interval). One example of a variable I'd like to test is the increase in core body temperature.

Because I want to test whether difference are present over time, as well as differences between the three groups, I want to use repeated measures. I now used a linear mixed models, but I am not sure whether this is the appropriate test (I use SPSS).

I found other topics on the forum with similar questions, however, my data includes (limited) missing values, and I would like to receive advice on what test is most appropriate. I added a screenshot of what my data looks like, and also my current settings in the attached files.
