I am working with a Peptide that targets renal carcinoma. I have checked the binding with 769-P cells in vitro. Now i want to develop an in vivo tumor model using 769-P cells. But most the researchers use 768-O cells for renal carcinoma in vivo model.

Is there any specific reason to use 768-O cells instead of 769-P cells ? Can i have some in vivo model of 769-P renal carcinoma?
