Relative quantification between treated and untreated taking into consideration the treatment?

I am treating certain type of cells by cellular extract of another cell. Since this cellular extract (treatment) contain mRNA of the genes of interest, I want to compare the expression of the treated cells relative to the control relative to the gene expression in the cellular extract.

Please help me

yes i know but how can I take into consideration the expression in the extract itself (which is the treatmen)
