From my point of view, there is a strong relationship that has a significant impact on roads as a result of pollutants and dust, especially in areas characterized by desert areas, as is the case with the road between Anbar Governorate and Salah al-Din, Iraq.

This question is very difficult to answer but very interesting. For me, you can use satellite (remote sensing) data of these territories. The road dust on recordings implicates grayscale colorimetry. The air pollutant has a brighter volume. In process of pixelization of recordings, you can connect the color of pixels which indicate elements in the air. After that, you can make a table in RGB format for each element itself. The next process can be the process of vectorization. When you finish with this process you can label the layers and put the coordinates if your recordings are not georeferenced yet. When you got the sample points of all elements you can use nearest-neighbor interpolation or Kernel density to find the spatial connection.

You can represent the data in a GIS software as it gives you the ability to overlay it with others.

Why don’t you ask about the participation of cars in breaking the large dust particles into fine particles which raise up as a suspended particles?
