As of few survey and research related to ground water discussed the correlation of other trace elements like B, Fe, Al and also the role of bicarbonates and pH.
hope this link might useful regarding your query :
Concentration of Fluoride in water based on dissociation and dissolution of Fluoride mineral/ rock interaction with ground water. Any relation of Fluoride with Arsenic, Boran and Strontium depend on source rock in consistent with these elements.
I agree with Saxena answer, the concentration of Fluoride in water based on dissociation and dissolution of Fluoride mineral/ rock interaction with ground water. Any relation of Fluoride with Arsenic, Boran and Strontium depend on source rock in consistent with these elements.
Based on my recent research on fluoride occurrence in groundwater in northern Nigeria, especially in rocks of granitic origin, it is evident that nacaphite (Na2CaPO4F), a fluoride bearing mineral occur in association with other metals. Based on rock water interaction processes, they are released into the groundwater system under acidic condition thereby enriching the groundwater.
