According to your description, an ordinal logistic regression model might fit on your design. But, please, provide more information on your analysis (objective of the analysis, a context...).

The first thing to be clear about is whether the dependent variable is ordinal (ordered categorical) or pure "categorical". If we are dealing with categorical data where there are several categories that are mutually exclusive but do not imply any sorting, I would recommend using a multinomial model. I recommend you to see chapter 15 of the following manual:
