I want to use see the mediating role of organizational incivility on the relationship between perceived diversity & turnover intentions. For the purpose, I have taken 16 item scale for perceived diversity, 2 item scale for turnover intentions and 10 item scale for organizational incivility. I am using 7 item likert scale for responses. Now please tell me if i finish the data collection, how i have to analyze the responses? I am not sure whither to add all the responses of a participant or find the mean or any other thing, once if i do that how can i test the mediating effect of organizational incivility?
