I AM OPTIMISING TURBIDIMETERY ASSAY FOR THE DETERMINATION OF CRP, I USED VARIOUS PROTOCOLS, WITH 200NM CARBOXYLATED LATEX PARTICLES AND POLYCLONAL ANTI-CRP ANTIBODIES, WITH DIFFERENT BUFFERS, BUT ON SEMI-AUTOMATIC CHEMICAL ANALYZER GRAPH IS JUST FLAT, WITH NO ELEVATION.
