I learned to never treat acid burns with a base!

In case of spillage take of the excess with an absorbant tissue (only use each tissue once!) and flush with litres (!!!) of water for 10-15 minutes. Consult a doctor if possible (and you see it necessary).

Acidic burns are in general less deep than burns from a base which basically liquefy your skin.

The most important thing is to wear proper protective equipment and work carefully.

Wearing gloves should prevent the problem; however, in case it occurs, you can dab the area with sodium bicarbonate, which is less agressive than soda. Protecting your eyes with safety goggles would also be a good idea

so you "have to wash all your glasswares with aquaregia = aqua regia solution"....could you explain why only aqua regia? MAybe there would be another solution or could be offered??

There are a lot of  similar questions and a lot of answers on the matter as well as good and proven alternatives (even if working with nanoparticle production)....which you can find (e.g.) by using RG's SEARCH function (Pull down menu right of JOBS in the upper menu bar :  left of "SEARCH" click the inverted   < ^ > and pull down to "QUESTIONS" click and in the search field rectangle fill in e.g. (which creates the URL: https://www.researchgate.net/search.Search.html?type=question&query=cleaning++aqua+regia) 

From a chemical and safety point of view it is clear that for working with aggressive acids like aqua regia [nitric and hydrochloric acid (1:3) ]special personal protective wear is / must be recommended as Pierre Béguin already mentioned (working in / under a fume cupboard, using suited strong, acid and skid-proof gloves, naturally suited goggles for eye (but better eventually a face shield for total) protection, suited fully protecting labcoat - at least an apron, as PSA.     Be prepared for an eventual risk of an extremely violent, explosive reaction if high amounts of organic matter / organic compounds are present in sufficient quantities, so the said compounds should be only present in trace amounts.

Also, for a worst case szenario of accidental spillage, be prepared with enough suited >sucking< matter (cat-litter-like, absorptive granulate, specially for hazardous spilled chemicals) and eventually do cleaning inside a suited trough/tray.

Know also that immediate rinsing  the previously used glassware with suited solute or even hot water  helps a lot, and be aware that - because losing its active properties rapidly -  both the chemicals (Nitr.acid 1:3 HCl) should be mixed together just prior to use and know  that  - despite losing the cleaning properties - the mixture remains really (for skin & human tissue) aggressive acid.

Since you asked also for a safe disposal of the stuff afterwards (cf.: Amit Nain, VIT Univ, 10 days ago:   https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_we_dispose_the_excess_aquaregia_solution_after_cleaning2 ):      I can tell that - at least for / in the European Union  -  it is forbidden to eventually  "neutralize by dilution" with the water of added ice cubes (ratio 1:2 or 3 as I have seen it recommended in some comment ) or by introducing / discharging the strong acidic solution 'peu à peu' into the canalization / down the sink with "plenty of water" or even via sucking and disposing with a "water pump jet"....   If it makes sense and/or is practical to neutralize the acid by adding enough alkali / base I won't comment on....  this is open for the "sophisticated chemists" to comment on. If I had had aqua regia previously in my lab I clearly would have had a problem with the / a correct disposal. Therefore I for sure had sought another cleaning solution (as they are offered in many replies of the question-threads found via https://www.researchgate.net/search.Search.html?type=question&query=cleaning++aqua+regia (see above).
