Reduce TDI reactivity ?

i've been preparing polyurethane from castor oil and tdi, but after 1 h the reaction starts to gelate (forms gel) and after 2h it forms a foam. is there anything i need to check before addition or anything i can add to reduce the reactivity of TDI ?

Devansh, are you doing it by synthesizing a prepolymer? From what I have read the Reaction is highly Exothermic and the temperature needs to be maintained at 60 degrees celcius. Also might be try to reduce the surfactant quantity in the reaction.
