Have anyone used TGF-b3 from GroPep (BJU100)? If yes, could you please let me know how it was reconstituted? How long the reconstituted aliquots can be stored at -20c to -80c? This is for cell culture purpose.

Check the leaflet that came with the product or ask the company where you bought it from. You have paid for a working product.
If that fails., usually, one would add sterile dd water to the same volume the protein was lyophilized from, or add a much larger volume of PBS, possibly containing BSA as stabillizer, to prevent adsorption to the vessel wall and protein denaturation/misfolding.
Snap freeze single-use aliquots in liquid nitrogen and store them as cold as possible.
TGFs are usually reconstituted in 0.1M HCl and can be stored for 6months-1year at -80.
