Hello Sir,
I am working on the coating/ loading of drug on selenium nanoparticles which was synthesized using green methods.
I have coated with PEG 6000, then added the drug, but when centrifuging, the supernatant is not clear, as it still contains nanoparticles (detected by it colour). There is an error in the absorbance peak, also the free drug calculation is giving false values.

Hello Soumya I do not understand if you are making a statement or have an actual question. For you and others: ResearchGate is not a consultancy service where you have a free 'pet' expert. In my view, PM's should not be permitted on the forum.
A non-clear supernatant tells you that you have particles > 100 nm or so (i.e. not nanoparticles).
You claim 'there is an error in the absorbance peak'. I tend to believe what an instrument is delivering. I suspect a 'problem' in your synthesis or interpretation of data.
You also claim 'the free drug calculation is giving false values'. I assume you have verified the performance of your UV-VIS (?) instrument and thus I cannot understand the claim of 'false values'. Again you need to understand and interpret what is happening.
