First of all thank you for your suggestion. But sir i have to prepare Salinomycin nanoparticle (AuNP). I am unable to get any procedure who do not use PEG in the protocol. instead of PEG i want to use some another polymer . As you Suggest to use PEI . Sir my query is that PEI will interact with Salinomycin or not , because my main aim is to prepare Sal - GNP? waiting for your kind reply . Thank you.
My response is that one good experiment will outweigh months of endless speculation. Go into the lab and try. Your earlier question asked for suggestions. I made one (PEI). No more debate is necessary.
Salinomycin is drug so it is used only for activity, he is better for you to take any natural polymer (Reducing and capping agent) and react with gold chloride solution and after preparing nanoparticles the you add salinomycin for antimicrobial activity
