I'm a young scientist that I'm learning about soil toxicology. I've a data about different samples and different concentrations, and I want to calculate EC10, EC20, EC50, LOEC and NOEC values.
In some papers, this values are calculated with Statistica, but Statistica is a privative software and has a lot of steps.
I know that R has a package called "mixtox" for NOEC and LOEC calculations https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/mixtox/index.html but not for EC values. Anyone know a package for EC values?
drc https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/drc/index.html is a good package for this calculations?

Yes, I think so. drm is quite easy to use and has a lot of useful functions. As far as I recall does it also allow to fit NOEC and LOEC models, and it can calculate, compare, and test EC values at any level. I would recommend it.
