i would appreciate any recommondations for good R packages doing matching on three groups (one control and two treatment conditions).

since you basically do a glm, the treatment can be always have one than one group if I understand it correctly. Thus all propensity score matching packages should be able to deal with it.
Look at the MatchIt package for example.
