If the strength of relationships is what you seek, then consider doing the following:

1. Code the "positive" result cases with a value of 1, and the "negative" result cases with a value of 0.

2. Run a bivariate (Pearson) correlation of case_value with age; then do likewise for creatinine level.

In your query, you said "relationship" and "relation," so that's why I suggested good old correlations.

If instead, you are interested in differences, then you could try independent t-test (assuming only two levels of the IV, such as positive vs. negative).

It might be useful to consult with someone at your institution with more expertise so as to be confident that whatever analytic method is chosen will be consistent with both your research aims and the nature of your data set.
