Question related to REDCap?

Hello, I'm having trouble with the form I created in REDCap. It has 520 fields, but the records are created, but the data isn't saved for each record, especially from the middle of the record. The first half is saved, but the questionnaire results in incomplete information, even though all the information is entered. Can someone help me, please?
