I have bought the anti-COL1 (ab6308). it is an antibody that is only reactive with the native form of the protein and works under non-reducing, non-denaturing conditions. I find it quite strange and difficult for me. So, if anyone has experience of this antibody, please give me your advice. Thank you a lot in advance.

I have used the anti-COL1 antibody (ab34710). This antibody also recognizes the native form of the protein. For WB, you prepare samples boiling at 65-70 C and without beta-mercaptoethanol and run the gel in non-reducing condition.
