Query regarding ab initio protein structure prediction..

ab initio methods for protein structure prediction are limited to model around 120 AA length protein. What is the specific reason for this limitation? I would appreciate your answers.

I-Tasser is based on composite approach. I am aware with this tool. Thanks for your reply but its not the answer of my question :(
