Quercetin conjugation to PEG-NH2?

How the NH2 group of PEG form bond with Quercetin and at what site it will form bond? if two different solvents Water and DMSO have been used at neutral pH.

Dear Shivani,

first of all you should use a linker, any kind of dicarboxylic acids such as Succinic acid, because it is impossible to bond them directly. secondly, phenolic functional groups are more susceptible to react.
