I was after papers, explanations and examples on how to analyse interview scrips using queer theory in order to explore why sexual identity is not considered in explaining health concerns outside of mental health and STIs.
I'd never heard of this, so had a quick look - whether our Internet (UK) has different material to what you have seen in Australia, but I don't know if anything here is what you want. This is what I found:
Minton, H. L. (1997). Queer theory: Historical roots and implications for psychology. Theory & Psychology, 7(3), 337-353. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/247743469
"Queer theory" proper is not really used "practically." It derives from theoretical approaches that are interpretive and not really operationalizable, e.g., psychoanalysis, Foucault, Derrida. There are other LGBT, feminist, or maybe "queer studies" approaches in health fields that might help. And many provide models for neglect. See Carole Vance, "Anthropology rediscovers sexuality" from the 1980s.
