Sofia Bento - Since you are working on your Masters Degree dissertation on stigma related with employed adults with disabilities. You have to look for how stigma affects the lives of individuals or to assess whether interventions are effective, it is essential to obtain views from multiple participants using different methods i.e., how stigmatized persons are affected by the condition and that of the ‘sources of stigmatization'. You can take into consideration community members or health workers, family members, colleagues, laws, policies, or practices. It is good to use participant observations, interviews, and focus group discussions to measure the level of stigma. You can use the "SARI Stigma Scale (SSS)"  The main instruments available for assessing leprosy-related stigma and is based on the HIV Stigma Scale developed by Berger et al where 21 items (score 0–3) and four domains: experienced stigma, disclosure concerns, internalized stigma, and anticipated stigma can be measured.
