I need to compare neurons that have grown in a scaffold versus plain fluid culture, in a tissue engineering context. What are good markers that can be visualized/measured that indicate that the neurons properly differentiate and grow in my matrix?

Or are there any companies that can do transcriptomics of my two cell cultures (preferably in western Europe)?
