It seems Creative Biolabs has everything and so many versions of antibodies not owned or sold by any other company. How reliable are their products? I am looking for a clone where potentially the sub-clone is owned by a separate company as propietary.
In my opinion, antibodies should be tested in-house. However, provider also test atibodies when produced first time. After that, new antibody charges / lots (manufactured later) are not further tested. So the product may differ in specificity and effectivity. A lage portfolio of different (new) antibodies may be based on antibody aquisition from other manufacturers and maybe they are not tested by Creative Biol. But this is only my opinion. Iwould request actual test results from the provider!
