We are looking for reliable primers to perform qPCR in 3xtg mice, namely primers for presenilin1 M146V. Could someone suggest the paper in which these primers were used?
Hi Miroslava, I came across your question although this is not my field. I would suggest that you design your own, as unless you blast the specificity of the sequence you wont know that they are specific - and making them from scratch yourself only takes about twice as long as that small step. We use a program called Primer3...and some general background can be found at http://www.premierbiosoft.com/tech_notes/PCR_Primer_Design.html
. There are masses of tutorials and info sites, and one you have gone through them you can always create your own in the future and ensure specificity to your target. Hoping that is some help.
