Q1) Can we extract acid soluble lignin and acid insoluble lignin from alkali / akali proxide treated biomass ?
Q2) Is acid insouble lignin is soluble in alkali solution? i tried it didnt get dissloved in alkali peroxide solution.
if so it will be along with cellulose and hemicellulose?
if so after conversion of cellulose and hemicellulose into the reducing sugars ( in saccharification ) is insoluble lignin / kalson lignin is left ...

Acid insoluble lignin (AIL) after isolation lost it solubility in the system usually used for extraction due to condensation reactions take place during the AIL determination process (it is highly acidic conditions). So if you remove all lignin from biomass it is all in solution.
1) you likely will not be able to extract lignin, since all of it is deprotonated due to the basicity of your system
2) you could determine AIL and ASL both in your biomass and using the same idea in your pulping leqour (on acidification AIL will precipitate and ASL will stay in solution that you could measured with uv-vis).
You could used attached NREL procedure or TAPPI (google for it).
