I am looking for publications in ecology in which the authors used 2-ways anova model with random effects and then a glht or lsmeans post-hoc test. Could you advise me some publication to read please? Plant, soil or ecosystem ecology would be better. Thanks for your help!

This uses a model that is observational, mixed, with at least two fixed factors, (so, akin to 2-way anova), and uses lsmeans package. Water quality. Not lmer; used nlme.
