Hi All, I am working on denitrifying bacteria (nosZ genes) in soil, I would like to ask you that what is the best database for reference sequences for BLAST? I would appreciate any kind of help………….Thanks.
I think that the best database is the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
You also try to enter in the EMBL European Bioinformatics Institute. It's also an excellent database.
