Protocol for Taurine Assay using Rat Liver Tissues?

Has anyone used Cell Biolabs Taurine Assay kit for tissue samples? If yes, please tell how much tissue sample and what dilution factor was used? I wish to perform the assay using rat liver tissues and need help in this regard. Thanks!
