I want to quantify the expression of specific miRNAs which I extracted from paraffin tissues, but I want to quantify them and verify they expression. I don´t know if Taqman microRNA assay be the right method?
Which method do you recommend me to use?

Many miRNAs can be detected by SYBR-green assays at a much lower cost, but if you have no experience in primer design and have a sizeable budget i would recommend Taqman/LNA probes.
Taqman probe would be the right method as it has both specificity and sensitivity.
