Hi I have a PDB file for viral envelope and an inhibitor peptide. Now I want to see the binding of that peptide with viral envelope at C and N terminal Which software to use? Can anyone suggest something easier?

sorry, you r question is not completely clear to me. do you want to build a novel structure by joining an existent protein to a peptide fragment? ro do you want to dock the peptide to the protein?
I have 8 peptides those peptides I want to dock and display with viral envelop protein at N terminal and C terminal
I think that vina autodock can help you in this process, to use it is not so easy and you need to see a tutorial on youtube and leanr a little how to use the software. it will take you a while, but I think is the easiest that you can use.
