Hi, I'm culturing primary HUVECs for exosomes. When the cells reach 70-80% confluence, I serum starve them for 24 hrs, then collect cells and media. Now from media, I isolate the exosomes first, but not sure how to extract proteins from it. Can anybody suggest a good protocol from exosomes after isolation? Thanks
