Dear researchers,

I have a problem with the isolation of RNA from the biofilm Campylobacter jejuni. It obtains a low RNA concentration through its protocol. Then, when I used RNA for RT-PCR, the cycle differences between after the reverse transcription sample and NRT are very low (1-3 cycles).

Do you know any procedures to improve RNA isolation from biofilm Campylobacter jejuni as well as RT-PCR results?
