we thought that's iron deficiency but spraying foliar with iron chelated don't fix this problem.

It is mostly Fe deficiency , looking at the fine network of green veins in the rather yellowish background . Please check the the pH and EC of growing medium...
As far as I can tell, your recipe is relatively low in iron, especially for strawberry production. In some of the common recipes I am looking at, the target ppm of Iron in the dilute solution is 2 to 12 ppm, whereas yours is 0.74 ppm. Moreover, Iron becomes unavailable quickly at high pH, so it is imperative to keep your pH between 5.5 and 6.0 at all times to avoid this deficiency.
I have experiences the lack of efficacy in foliar sprays on strawberries to treat deficiencies. In addition, water stress at the root level will also affect uptake and transport. The general rule is that you should not let strawberry roots be perpetually wetted (such as in pure NFT).
Are concentrated stock solutions diluted to produce the working solution? It is usual to keep the P separate from the Fe in concentrated stocks. It may be necessary to protect the Fe using a chelating agent.
The symptoms are like Fe deficiency but you can check using foliar analysis in case there is something that is not obvious in the symptoms.
