I am not sure exactly what kind of information you are seeking. Techniques for culturing halophiles or culture techniques to select for halophiles? In general use an agar medium with levels of salt, to determine minimum and maximum concentrations for growth for a species tested. Or to isolate some, use the same plates with your 'inoculum' to determine if a species is halophilic vs halotolerant.

I am sorry but I am not aware of a flowchart like this. My work is on the side of halophiles, as they have appeared in sandy dunes that I have looked at.

Have not come across any flow chart but generally like most of the bacteria under any study culture on specific media is the initial basic practice I know
