It is the first time I order primer for specific DNA. I want to make a primer (reverse PCR) for mouse MKP-1 DNA and I don't know how can I make it!
Can I have any information needed to make primer sequence?
or any site which has explanation of reverse PCR primer?
I think it's really great that who have been made mouse MKP-1 primer for reverse PCR
(not real-time PCR).

Well, at first you can read related articles that have mentioned primer sequences. If you need new primers, you would better, used vary softwares such as "Primer-3" (freeware it is possible to download from internet).

@Imran Khan : I'm sorry but I really didn't know about Restrction sites. I only want to design mouse MKP-1 primer (forward & reverse) for Reverse-PCR :-)
When you say "reverse PCR", did you mean "reverse transcription PCR"? It reverse transcribe you RNA to cDNA. Is this what you need? There is not much didfference in designing this kind of primers.
A more important question is that what is the purpose of your PCR? If you need eventually clone the product, then you need consider including the restriction sites in your primers.

@kejun guo I had to exactly said reverse :transcription: PCR. Sorry for that. And as your comment, my purpose of PCR is only detection that how many MKP-1 mRNA are in my sample. So, I think I didn't have to include the restriction sites, right? Thank you again, Have a nice day :-)
