Primary antibody for DSRed is not working for western blot. Is any one having the same problem?

I have also done immunoprecipitation of both cell lysate and medium but I have not had in western blot. Commasie staining is also not showing the band of DSRed.

I saw cells were expressing red fluorescence under microscope. I used RFPantirabbit IgG polyclonal primary antibody and Goat anti-rabbit HRP conjugated secondary antibody. Protein A sepharose beads and same primary antibody were used for IPP.
