Dear Folks,

As you aware, to determine the end point of freeze drying a method is generally following is Pressure Rise Test (PRT) or Pressure Rise Analysis PRA as comparitive method of pressure in freeze dryer chamber.

I would like to know how the parameters is been fixing and how many runs need to fix the values?

If any supporting papers/guidelines is much appreciated.
