Dear Experts,
I would like to understand the analytical value interpretation of my sample which is subjected for elemental characterization study by EDAX SEM analysis. The reported results containing the % weight and Atomic in % of each element.
While doing Sum of the elements in % weight is resulted as 100% and Atomic % also resulted as 100%. How the value is calculated?
If one of the element is in higher range at all the samples >70% (Is it indicate the major part of sample composite with the elements?)
