Material parameter values in Silvaco ATLAS?

Hi, Anyone please can help with my research?

Actually, I need the simulation parameter values of Molybdenum Telluride material to be used in Silvaco TCAD Atlas. For example: #material material=Mote me.tunnel=_? mh.tunnel= _? MUN= _? MUP = _? EG300 = _? PERMITTIVITY = _?

I do not know where to refer and get the parameter values.

Could you please tell me how to get the new material parameter values? where do we have to refer? Do you have any materials related to it?
