Hi, I thank you guys in advance for your helps always.

I am in need of some clarifications in preparing cell injections from culture flasks.

I have two t75 culture flasks, and I need to prepare 2 cell injections each with 2e6 cells/100ul with PBS.

Here is what I would do:

I remove the old medium, add 2ml Trypsin, wash with PBS, and add 5mL new media to each culture flasks. Then, I centrifuge this 10mL cell solution.

I remove the supernatant, and add 5mL PBS to the cell pellet to resuspend, collect 10ul to count the cell with Countess, and centrifuge to wash the cell pellet. Then, I remove the supernatant, and I am left with clean cell pellet.

So, here is my question, if I got "5.2e6"of cell/mL from Countess,

how do I calculate how much PBS to add to the cell pellet in order to get 2 cell injections each with 2e6 cells/100ul?

Please help me out.
