In my doctoral thesis, we want to generate an orthotopic syngeneic mouse model of HCC.

I´m consider about the postoperative analgesia. I´m afraid of using NSAID´s- I´m afraid that they will suppress the tumor development. Did someone of you have experiences with it? Does it have no influence or do I have to give them better metamizole or maybe buprenorphine will be the best option? Which dosage do you use? Publications where I could find somthing to cite will be also great.
