This is a new technology that can detect polyclonal tumor antigen-specific T cells in the peripheral of tumor-bearing bodies. This is detection method that is highly specific, more accurate and comprehensive, and overcomes the limitations MHC (HLA) restrictions and tumor antigen heterogeneity etc. It can be applied to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy or combined chemoimmunotherapy, or other cancer treatments.
